Winners are posted by the close of the business day (at the latest) on the day of the drawing.
Conservation Calendar Program Rules and Regulations
1. $100,000 in cash and retail prizes will be given away
2. There will be 12 monthly prize drawings from January through December
3. Every entry is entered to win every prize, regardless if that entry has won or not. Odds of winning 1 in 28.
4. Separate drawings will be held for monthly prizes (date indicated where prizes are listed on each monthly calendar). Place: Wisconsin Wildlife Federation, 213 N Main Street, Suite 100, PO Box 460, Poynette, WI 53955-0460 at 10:30 a.m.
5. Cost of calendars will be $20.00.
6. Winners will be notified by certified mail and have 30 days to respond. If prize is not claimed within 30 days, another name will be drawn.
7. Winners of any prize with a retail value of $600.00 or more will be required to provide a Social Security Number prior to taking possession. The WWF is required to report all prizes greater than $600.00 to the Department of Revenue.
8. 366 prizes will be awarded. Minimum prize value will be $100.00.
9. Names of winners will be published in the Wisconsin Wildlife Federation monthly newspaper “Wisconservation”. An application for membership is attached to calendar and can be made at calendar purchase or at any time via mail. Membership is not required to win.
10. A list of winners will be available by written request and by providing a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Wisconsin Wildlife Federation Office, PO Box 460, Poynette, WI 53955-0460.
11. Winners must be 18 years of age or represented by a parent or guardian to be awarded a firearm.
12. A maximum of 10,000 calendars will be sold.
13. The Wisconsin Wildlife Federation reserves the right to return all moneys to the purchasers of the calendar if a minimum of 7,000 calendars are not sold by December 31st.

15. All firearm winners will be subject to Federal Firearms Regulations.
16. The WWF is not responsible for changes in publicized hunting dates. Season structure is subject to change. Please consult your hunting, fishing, and trapping regulations pamphlet.
